We're in the Las Vegas airport (free WiFi) awaiting our connecting flight. No escape from the heat here; it's 100 degrees outside. Good thing we're not outside. :-)
I'm typing this to the lilting music of the slot machines behind us. It's Vegas....
Fred is eating, of course....it's been a five hour flight to here and he's only had a half sandwich, a banana and cookies since the pancakes he had at BWI right before we boarded. We have a view of downtown Vegas while we wait...
